Ray H. Winters
A graduate of the University of South Alabama with both his Bachelor's Degree and Masters Degree, Ray graduated from Loyola University-New Orleans, School of Law (1998) and admitted to the Alabama Bar in 1998, the South Carolina Bar in 1999, and the United States Tax Court in 2003; Ray's practice areas are Corporate Law, Business Organizations, Taxation, Commercial Real Estate, and Residential Real Estate.
Ray is licensed in both Alabama and South Carolina.
Admitted to the South Carolina Bar after graduating law school in 1998,
Randy has been practicing law in Horry and Georgetown counties ever
since. Currently, his primary practice areas include civil litigation, real estate, and complex commercial litigation cases.
Randy also has significant experience in appellate practice, authoring
arguments submitted at nearly every federal court appellate level, as
well as appearing at virtually all court levels in the State of South
Carolina.In addition to his legal practice, Randy is a graduate-level adjunct professor of ethics, law, and management, and is an assistant basketball coach for the boys varsity team at Christian Academy of Myrtle Beach. Randy also enjoys participating in the Myrtle Beach-area men’s BSF, as well as various basketball and softball leagues throughout the year. Randy and his wife of 15 years, Mendy, attend First Baptist Church of Myrtle Beach, where Randy and Mendy have previously been Children’s Worship Leaders, and Mendy currently serves as director of the Cherub Choir. Randy and Mendy have three precious daughters, Kaelyn, a third-grader at Christian Academy, Kyleigh, a kindergartener, and Kara, their newest blessing.
